PP: Christian And Kor

Believe it or not, Christian is the type that loves colder weather, dark skies and rainy days. Something about the cold chill makes him feel more alive and awake then anything else. Chris is also known for practicing out in the rain.

Born and raised in Cydonia, Christian has grown an ever lasting loyalty to the capitol, its people and its leaders. With that said, he holds the up most respect to Kaz, The Grand Cross.

Christian has a soft spot for kids, since he does have younger siblings and a rather large family, he grew up with strong family values, and out of everything, children make him happy. Its hard for him to say no to them, whether they are his siblings, or someone else's kids.

More often then not, Chris will be seen alone, and in quiet places. Sure when he is on duty he is in the hustle and bustle of Cydonia, but he is more comfortable in a place where he can collect his thoughts, and calm his nerves, even meditate.

Christian has his strong beliefs and he practices those everyday, spends time in the church, prays, and follows the teachings of Arceus. He is a devout, though he will never push his ideals on others.

One thing he likes about getting new recruits, is teaching them. He loves to put wisdom and guidance into each of them, and frankly loves teaching them the Knights Code, which he himself lives by. He's a touch teacher, but makes sure each recruit comes out as the Knights that live for Cydonia.

One thing Christian dislikes, is people who like to disrupt the peace in the city. Criminals and pests, its what he thrives to hunt, and give them fair punishment.

Christian is a very clean man, his living quarters are really pretty tidy for a single Knight in his late twenties, and he makes sure every day this his space and work space is clean. Because he his this way at home, he brings it to work and makes sure the recruits have clean areas as well.

Chris is more of a man who loves extreme flavor too his foods. He's already a picky eater, but when it comes down to it, if he finds it bitter, bad, or without care he will not touch it and often times leave. Food is a big way to his heart, and if ya can't cook, ya ain't his type.

Christian's time is very important to him, and most of it is spent with the new Knights in training. So if he finds that someone or something is wasting his time, this peaceful giant can become a bit brash.

Christian is very loyal, trusting, and caring. He was raised with very strong beliefs and ideals of right and wrong, that he eventually turned into a man who, sure, follows the orders of his Grand Cross, but will take the time to be merciful while taking measures to punish those who did wrong. It is very rarely that you will ever see him sentence someone to the death, and more then any thing, Christian feels that everyone deserves that second chance, and he will often give you one.

He is not one for lying, in fact Chris can be a bit too truthful. He never means bad, or to hurt others feelings, he just seems to think that if the truth needs to be said, he will say it in a caring and gentle manner. If feelings are hurt, then he will very much find a way to make things better and to apologize.

Christian is at heart, a hopeless romantic. He believes in love above all things, and finding that one special girl. Though he has not found her yet due to his busy schedule, he keeps his eyes open for any girl that knows how to speak her mind and carries herself well. Along with the romanticism, he can be a bit of a goof ball, some times a show off, and even stumble over himself and his words, and usually the girls he finds mentally simulating, will cause him to act such.

Christian's loyalties lie and begin with the Leaders of Cydonia. Though an officer, he has yet to meet the three that lead his beloved capitol, but even still, he will fight and die for them and Cydonia, and never once regret it. At this point he has not once questioned their rule, and he is certain he will never do such. Only flaw is, Christian is SO loyal, that IF the Cydonian Government was to become corrupt, Christian would likely follow... and not once question or oppose the Grand Cross and the Queen, which would ultimately end in his downfall.

As often as Christian is nice, he does have his very rare moments of that one button being pushed. Chris' temper is VERY rare, but one to not test. He has yet to do it, but Christian will challenge the fool who angered him in such a way, to a fight to the death, even if it means his own. But when not that angry, he is mostly level headed and while teaching, come across as an 'ass'. He's strict, he's tough, he's intense, and he pushes his Knights to their limits and tests their abilities, much to their dislike. But an officer was meant for such, and Christian has the poker face to do it.

Christian was born into a family of nine. A mother, a father, two sisters, and four brothers. Christian was the third boy to be born. The first was his sister Madison, the second was his brother Julius, the third child was his brother Marcus, then was him, followed by his twin brothers Ary and Leo and then the last, and youngest, Faye, the sister. They were all greatly spaced in years between births, and as such, Christians older sister and brothers have already had their own kids. Even with a family this large, Christian never once disliked any of them, or felt competition, he just knew and was raised to help around the home, even at a young age.

His father was a breeder of Dragon types, ones that would eventually serve as the companions to the Dragon Knights of Cydonia. Though when he was young, Christian longed for a dragon of his own, but his father thought he didn't need one, yet had him helping clean up and raise some of the new hatchlings. When Christian was seven, he watched a clutch hatch and there was his first sight of a Gible, which he happened to instantly connect with. As the Gible grew, Chris made sure to care for and raise the Pokemon, and his father watched. It was what he was looking for, his son to choose his own and to have the Pokemon choose him, and the Gible, was in fact keen on staying with Chris.

Not long after Christian named the Gible, Kor, did Christian find his fate and calling in life. At the age of Nine, Kor and him were out shopping with his sister Madison, when a gang of thieves came to spoil their day. They cornered them in a dark alley, demanded gold, the food, even demanded Kor. The thieves got a little physical, pushing Madison around, and Christian took it upon himself to fight back, with Kor at his side, though unfortunately, one swing of his arm, a thief caught it, twisted his left arm and broke it, causing bone to protrude out of his flesh. He was in so much pain at that time, but the situation called for Kor to stand up, and it angered him in a away that evolution was pushed, and now he stood at a Gabite, and fought the men off as best he could. The commotion in itself caused heads to turn, and the Dragon Knights came to end everything, and helping Chris and his sister to their feet and home once then men were arrested. It was then, when one of the Gijinka Knights told Christian his heart was full of honor and strength, and that his Gabite preformed well, much like a Dragon of the Knights, that Chris knew.... being a Dragon Knight was his calling.

He didn't even give his arm time to heal, since he started his training as soon as he could. Albeit, it wasn't with an actual Dragon Knight, but he stilled trained, putting his body and arm through trials one shouldn't have, but Kor was right there at his side, training and learning just as much as Christian was. It was difficult though, his father and mother tried so hard to keep his arm steady to heal, but with his stubbornness and determination, Christian was injuring his arm more then helping it.

Though over the years, Chris healed, he taught himself basic weaponry, basic fighting skills, and his heart was in the right place, and he took his time to help those in need. Eventually, Chris' father had enough saved to get Christian into the Dragon Knights, and the age of 17 Christian was now a recruit with the Knights, training under the man who saved him and his sister years ago. He soaked up every word of wisdom, every lesson, every bit if information the man gave him and took everything to heart. Even still, here as he trained, his left arm was unable to support most swings from a sword and even hold a shield. He struggled, though his teacher constantly reminded him to strengthen his arm, to work with his weakness! And try as Christian did... he started to get angry with himself.

Though the Dragon Knight told him to not give up, for what was honor if quitting was an option? So Christian started to think more on his options, and tried to use different weapons, then he found the pike, a weapon that worked well with his arm. It was light, and quick, and he didn't have to support much weight on the weaker arm. Proud that the found his way, his teacher taught him how to use it, and his first real test of the weapon was sure to come, in a fight between a few common thieves and Dragon Knights. It was his first duty, but they managed to hit his arm correctly, and it caused him a great deal of pain for weeks, and he learned now that even as he was to get older, this was not going to go away, and he wished he took the time to properly heal his arm.

In the end, the proper armor was made for him, shielding his left arm and keeping it from more serious injury, and as Christian grew, his love for his capital grew. He never really had time for friends, or women, though he has had his fair share, he just never wanted anything to bog down his career. But with trials and years of being in the service, Christian got to see his Gabite evolve, and got his promotion to Officer at the age of 27. He lives on his own in a small home next to the training grounds.

Kor is abrupt, hotheaded and over protective. He was once playful and perky, but as he evolved, he grew and matured into a trusting beast. He is overly loyal to Christian, and even a but too protective. His worst enemy is the female species, and he tends to get butthurt and jealous when Christian finds a girl he likes. He's not as bad when Chris finds a male friend, but he knows that once a woman walks in, all human men change, and Kor is afraid he would get left if that was ever the case. He is however, only truly kind to children, which Christian is thankful for.

He really only follows Chris' orders, very few occasions where he would follow the orders of other Dragon Knights, but then he knows when to, and when not to care. He does fight with Christian though, especially if he doesn't get his way, and more often then not, will snort at his partner and curl up somewhere to pout.

Even under all this tough exterior, however, Kor can be a nice and loving friend... he just has to accept you into his pack first.
